Yes, all sessions must be booked. As we are a small centre, we ask that you book sessions in advance, as space is limited.

You can book via the app once you have registered as a customer. Each time you book, you will receive a confirmation email. Whenever you wish, you can access your customer area and check how many sessions you have left to enjoy. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.

If you have booked a session and are unable to attend, please cancel at least 3 hours in advance. In this way, you will not lose the credit for the class and someone else will be able to benefit from it.

A minimum of two people per session (otherwise we will give you at least 2 hours notice if you have already booked).

The timetable is subject to availability and the needs of the centre.
