LotusPostpartum

Postnatal yoga is a style of yoga that helps to address the physical, mental and emotional challenges of being a mother, as well as the consequences of pregnancy. Yoga postures focus on toning the body, toning the figure and relieving stress, and even helping you bond with your baby.

Doing aerial pilates and yoga involves the use of aerial hammocks. With pilates and aerial yoga you can perform most of the exercises that you would do in a normal pilates or yoga class. It is a method of exercise that consists of flexibility and muscular strength as well as low impact resistance movements.
